Help Bring a School Garden Back to Life!
Join us in revitalizing the garden at Dr. Lena Edwards Charter School. We’ll roll up our sleeves to till the soil, restore planters, and replant them with fresh flowers and vegetables.

 

Icon MISSION

The outdoor space of Dr. Lena Edwards Charter School, includes a school garden which is a hands-on learning space where students connect with nature and explore science, sustainability, and healthy living. This garden is integral to the school's Health and Wellness program, where students will continue to grow, harvest, and enjoy fresh fruits and vegetables through the rest of the year!

On the day

  • You will have transport taking you to the school from City Hall and to the after-party

  • Wear clothes and shoes you’re comfortable getting dirty in.

  • Gloves and supplies will be provided.

  • Have fun!
